A: A TCG Pre-Order allows you to reserve products (like Booster Boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, or Starter Decks) before they officially release. Pre-ordering is the only way to guarantee you receive high-demand items like new sets for Magic: The Gathering (MTG), Pokémon TCG, or Disney Lorcana on release day, especially since first-wave stock can be limited.
Q: When can I expect my TCG Pre-Order to ship?
A: We ship all pre-orders to arrive on or as close to the official, public release date set by the publisher (Wizards of the Coast, Konami, etc.). We highly recommend ordering only TCG Pre-Order items on a single order, as any order containing mixed in-stock and pre-order items will be held until all items are ready to ship.
Q: What is the difference between a Booster Box and an Elite Trainer Box (ETB)?
A: A Booster Box contains 36 sealed booster packs (for most TCGs) and is typically purchased by players or collectors aiming to draft or open a large number of cards. An Elite Trainer Box (ETB) is a smaller collector's kit, usually containing 8-10 booster packs, sleeves, dice, and a storage box—ideal for new players or collectors who want accessories with their packs.
